Theatre-Rites

Sophia was Associate Artist to Theatre-Rites 1998-2008. She designed many site-specific promenade shows commissioned by London International Festival of Theatre (LIFT), Unicorn Theatre for Children, Teater der Welt, Weiner Festwochen, Barbican, Young Vic and Lyric Hammersmith alongside studio touring shows, interactive exhibitions and installations at The Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Livesey Museum, Theatre Museum and British Library. She co-created Mischief, the company's first middle scale dance theatre piece with Arthur Pita and Sue Buckmaster, commissioned by Sadler's Wells Dance Touring Partnership.
